AMD Athlon XP 2100+ 

　

This is 1761MHz computer specialized for computer graphics.
This computer has realized high performance by the Peltier-water-cooling system technology and the potentiality of AMD Athron 2100+ CPU.

It is known well that the performance of CPU designed with the C-MOS will become highly efficient if temperature is low. I used Peltier module for active CPU cooler. Peltier electric cooler is an important module in order to make CPU temperature lower than environmental temperature. Strictly speaking, the cooler is the parts for making temperature of CPU lower than cooling water. 

　

Peltier electric cooler captures 40W of heat form CPU and the Peltier itself generate additional 20 W of heat. Therefore, power supply requirement is 12V 5A. Athron is very hot CPU. Cold side of Peltier module is contact to the CPU via thick copper plate. Also aluminum water pillow is used for cooling of hot side of the Peltier module. I got large radiator from scrap 250cc Kawasaki motorcycle. Radiator core size is about 11 X 8.5 inches. The cooling system for the radiator is 7 inches of home grade electric fan. Magnetic pump circulates cooling water. Usually, Magnetic pump is used for the vending machine of a drink. CPU is cooled using the whole system explained until now, a highly efficient computer can be done.
